What is a Startup Accelerator/Incubator Program?
The terms “Startup Accelerator” and “Incubator Program” are both broad in scope, and are sometimes used interchangeably or as two separate pathways for startups. Most often, these programs are linked to business investors or Venture Capitalists. As these terms are fairly general and each program can vary widely from the next, programs have different requirements on what stage of growth the startup needs to be in to qualify. Startup accelerators and incubator programs offer their startups funding, mentorship, networking opportunities, planning and business development resources, at an accelerated rate.
An easy way to think of a startup accelerator and incubator program is as a fast-paced startup school.

Chill operates a business investment fund in Houston that is seeking certain startups who have already formed, but are in their preliminary stages. Our program provides structure to our entrepreneurs that allows them to focus on growth and scaling their business. We provide investments and hands-on guidance in navigating challenging pain points that surface in a startup’s preliminary stages.
Many startup accelerator and incubator programs have durations such as 3 months, 6 months, even up to a year! We recognize that there is no time limit on growth and opportunities, that we simply cannot put a duration on your program. As such, we want to keep each program individualized and on an as-needed basis. Once we meet and determine your eligibility, we’ll develop a plan for your goals and initiatives.
Individualized Growth
Many similar programs put you in a cohort of other entrepreneurs. What makes our Startup Accelerator and Incubator Program so unique is that it is comprehensive and individualized.
What do we mean by this? Well, not only will you receive one-on-one mentorship and coaching, but you get to create your own program based on your startup’s goals. We will provide the structure and guidance, but the initiatives will be completely left up to you and your visions for your company. Sounds too good to be true, but it’s completely true!
Not only will your program be individualized, but as aforementioned, there is no set duration of this program. Once we get started, we will assess the time needed to complete your learning and together decide on a duration.
